Name, what it's for, and the link. Paste the exact page you use most (your Lulu project page, your Shippo orders), so one tap lands right there.
Copy a punch list from anywhere, a chat, your notes, whatever, and paste the whole thing in below. One task per line. It'll strip off any bullets, dashes, or numbers you copied along with it, and add every line as its own task under whichever date is selected on the calendar above.
Added.
Every task and deadline you save here, goals and vendor spot deadlines both, can show up in your actual phone calendar, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, whichever you use, and stay updated automatically as you add more, no re-copying needed. You do this once.

Paste the link from S&S (or anywhere), put in what the order costs you, and see what one finished piece makes you online and at the market. Uses your real shipping table. Save it to compare blanks side by side.

Product added.
Online sales pull their cost from the product's own cost, shipping, and fee numbers. In-person Tap to Pay sales show up here automatically too, but they need their cost filled in by hand below since there's no product tied to them, that's the only manual step left.

People who made a card and tapped "List me in the Directory". Nothing shows publicly until you tap Approve. Check the name and links look real first.
Lulu saves the cover as one wide page, back on the left and front on the right. Add that file here and it is split into a front and a back for you. The front becomes the cover on the card. The back shows after the last page when someone reads the zine online.
A PDF is split exactly. A picture is split down the middle.
One PDF? Fill in one row, leave the part name blank. Multi-part zine? Add a row per part (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3). They all live under one cover in the shop.

For when someone's handed you a list of markets or expos to look over, whether that's from a chat with me or notes from anywhere else. One opportunity per line, format is Name, then a pipe symbol, then Location, then another pipe, then Notes, like this:
Buy Black Marketplace | Archwood at Eastlake, Phoenix | vendor sign up on their site, no cost listed yet
Location and notes are optional, a line with just a name still works. Everything comes in marked Researching so you can review and update each one with real numbers before deciding.
Added.
A plain walkthrough of every section on this page, in the order they appear. Scroll through once, then come back to this anytime you forget a step.
The black button at the top. Pick photos or clips straight from your phone, add a caption and tag if you want, Post It. It shows in NOW on Shop, Clothing for 7 days, then moves into the album on its own. People can comment, and you can delete posts or comments from that same page.
Messages is everything people send from the Contact box on About, with a Reply button that opens your email. Shipping is what customers pay at checkout, once per order, plus free local pickup when the whole bag is stuff you make.
Your own task list, not shown on the site. Tap a date on the calendar, type a task, hit Add. Once you set up the calendar feed link here, every task and deadline shows up on your phone's real calendar too.
Fill in where and when your next in-person pop-up is. Hit Update and it shows on the pop-up shop note on the homepage and posts to the Opportunity Board automatically. Leave something blank and it shows as TBD.
Read only. Hit Copy All Emails, then paste that list into the Bcc field of an email you send from your own inbox, that's how you message everyone right now.
Just for you. Clock In when you start working on Nociv, Clock Out when you stop, and it tracks your hours against the rate you set, so you can see if your time is actually worth what you're making.
A scratchpad for testing a price before you commit to it anywhere. Pick a channel (online, in-person Tap to Pay, or cash/Venmo), fill in your real cost, and it shows exactly what you'd keep. Nothing here saves, it's just for figuring out the number before you type it into a real product.
Where everything for sale gets added. Use Quick Fill for a fast starting point, fill in name, price, and your real cost, watch the margin box to make sure you're actually making money, then hit Create in Stripe so the Buy button works. Status has to be For Sale with a Stripe Price ID or checkout fails.
On any product, tap Vinted, Depop, or In-Person to mark where it's currently posted outside your own site. Hit Copy Listing Text to grab a paste-ready block for that other platform. The moment something sells anywhere else, hit Mark Sold Elsewhere, pick the channel, and it logs the sale and takes it off your tracked stock automatically.
Sold something at the market? On that product, hit Sold In Person, pick the size, confirm. It logs the sale and takes it off your stock so the site can't sell it twice.
Every sale from the site lands here on its own, and you get an email the moment a new one comes in. For an in-person Tap to Pay sale, type in what it actually cost you and hit Save, that's the only manual step, and it's what makes the Net Profit number accurate. Open Shipping Address & Label on any order to fill in the address and print a real shipping label right from here.
Every dollar going out, not tied to a specific product, shipping supplies, printing, software, mentorship fees. Log the date, amount, and category, and it tracks your spend by month and by category, so you stop losing track of where money went.
Behind the scenes photos, cutting fabric, screen printing, whatever shows the actual making of things. Upload a photo, add a caption if you want, hit Add to Album. Shows up on the Clothing shop page.
Other creators, shops, or studios you want listed in the community directory on Base. Fill in the fields, hit Add Listing, reorder with the arrows anytime.
Free zines anyone can read or download, no payment involved. Upload the PDF, add a cover if you have one, title it, hit Add Zine.
Print-ready flyers and stickers for customers to download and hand out themselves. Upload the file, describe what it is, hit Add Material. This is the actual word of mouth toolkit.
Nothing here shows on the site, it's just for you. Weigh a market or expo before committing any money, the Net Estimate box does the math live. Not sure yet, leave it blank and set Status to Researching.
